Guarantee Policy

MAP Enterprises guarantees satisfaction with its products or a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be sent on return of unused merchandise. If a replacement is requested on merchandise which is not damaged or defective, additional shipping charges will be applied to the second shipment. If sizes are in question we will be glad to give full details and exact dimensions for any product before shipping.


Return, Exchange, Refund Policies

If merchandise which has been purchased using a credit card is lost, stolen or damaged en route, then the cardholder should first contact VISA, Mastercard or American Express to apply for reimbursement through their Purchase Assurance Warranty.

MAP Enterprises will exchange or refund any product which arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defect after credit card company has been approached first for reimbursement through their Purchase Assurance Warranty.

We will exchange for a different size if garment has not been used or washed but we will not refund or exchange in case of shrinkage. Full explanations of shrinkage details are found on product description pages.

Shipping will be charged for replacement due to wrong size being ordered since full descriptions of sizes are given and exact dimensions are available on request. Explanation of this policy appears on relevant pages.


Applicable Charges

Invoices will be comprised of the cost of merchandise plus shipping costs. Residents of Canada will be charged GST of 5%.
Residents of Ontario will be charged PST of 8%.
If customer chooses courier service, they will be responsible for real shipping charges including brokerage or customs fees if applicable.


Payment of Merchandise

Preferred method of payment is PayPal. 
Payment is expected before shipment. 
Credit cards will be authorized before shipment is sent.


Delivery of Merchandise

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hrs. of receipt of payment or in cases of item not in stock, customer will be informed.

Delivery will be by Canada Post ground service unless customer requests air or courier service for which additional charges may apply.


Geographic Limitations

MAP Enterprises is located in ON. Canada and will ship anywhere in the world. If possible we will deal with Canadian or U.S. Currency but will consider other currencies as needed.

Credit cards will be accepted in all currencies since they are automatically converted.

Outside of Canada or the U.S. shipping/exporting will be approached as the need arises. Expected delivery dates may extend into months depending on exporting regulations/restrictions and paperwork involved to process the order. However we will be glad to undertake the necessary requirements to make delivery to anyone who would like our products.
